Return Eligibility

1.    Unboxing Video Required
o    The customer must record a clear unboxing video of the parcel from the moment it is received and unopened.
o    The video must show the entire unboxing process, including the packaging and the product being removed.
2.    Product Verification on Video
o    After unboxing, the customer must clearly display the product (ornament) on screen in the video.
o    Any visible damage or defect should be clearly shown in the same video.
3.    Timeframe for Return Request
o    You must report the issue and share the unboxing video with us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

•    We will accept the return without asking any questions.
•    A full refund will be processed promptly after we receive and verify the return.
